"just had my parcel "delivered" or should I say dumped by the house wall by a very rude driver, "I'm only filling in "and would not help to carry to front porch, "iv already delivered" Box is now sitting in the rain as I cannot lift due to medical conditions. Iv had flowers delivered on 2 separate occasions this last week, both dumped where they cannot be seen and left in full sunshine . They were a surprise so I didn't know they were being delivered and didn't find them for days. We are all busy, but can you not provide a service that is paid for. giving 1 star as the system won't let me ignore. All other deliveries from usual team are excellent."

"This used to work perfectly. But now when I'm getting a package I get emails and texts asking for my eircode, why have you stopped using the app?"

"Waste of time downloading this. Put tracker number in and error message every time. Don't waste ur the.with it. Definitely one of the worst apps out there."

"Not even 1 star, have app parcel left on doorstep, no call, found by accident, driver signed a swirl for my name, I will never use an online service that uses DPD again, every time the same, they don't want identity to be shown, just hand parcel to the first person they meet then sign someone's name themselves, any retailer, be advised."
